How to BUY a lockbox:

To BUY a lockbox, simply browse the available lockboxes for sale in our inventory. You can browse by make, model, price or condition. Once you have found the lockbox(es) that you want, fill in the checkout information, and within a day or two the lockboxes will be mailed to you. For SentriLock lockboxes, all you need to do is stick your card in the card reader and the lockbox should then belong to you. For Supra lockboxes, you may be required to re-program your lockbox to your local association’s specifications.

In no time at all you can begin using your new LockBoxSwap lockbox, and the cost for our lockboxes are around 30-50% off the retail cost of a new lockbox. All our lockboxes are guaranteed to be in fully operational condition, and we provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee with your purchase.

How to SELL a lockbox:

To SELL a lockbox, simply indicate the make, model and condition of the lockbox you have to sell. We will let you know how much we are willing to pay for your used lockbox based on our LockBoxSwap Price Assurance Matrix. If you are OK with our price and want to sell, you just finish the checkout process and we send you a mail-out package as well as any necessary bill-of-sale or needed transfer forms. When you get our mail-out package, you print out our postage paid shipping label and send your lockbox to us. Upon receipt and verification of the lockbox, you get your funds via electronic funds transfer, check, paypal or LockBoxSwap Credits. Simple. Fast. Easy.

IMPORTANT NOTE — Supra Lockboxes: You are required to DEPROGRAM your lockbox prior to sending it to us. This can be done at your local association – we cannot do this for you and sending it to SURPA to do would incur a fee that we cannot pay for. It is imperative that this step not be overlooked for any of our SUPRA customers.
