When you swap your Supra and SentriLock lockboxes, you don’t have to worry about a faulty lockbox, meeting up with a potential buyer, or negotiating on a price. Whether you are buying or swapping a lockbox, you can do it all at LockBoxSwap.com.
If there is a problem with your lockbox purchase from LockBoxSwap.com, we need to know and we will do everything we can, within reason, to make it right. If the problem resides in a transfer of ownership issue, we will work hand-in-hand with the parent companies of the lockbox itself, and ensure the transfer of ownership occurs quickly. If there is an issue with the lockbox itself, please let us know and we will either swap the lockbox for a similar lockbox of equal value, or provide a refund to you. You will be required to ship us the lockbox at your cost, but we will ship you the new one at our cost.
All lockboxes bought from LockBoxSwap.com come with their original manufacturer's warranty (if any). LockBoxSwap doesn't offer a general warranty for the lockboxes it sells, other than our guarantee to you that your lockbox will arrive functional. The reason we do this is because we can't afford to have agents buying a lockbox for a listing, selling the listing, and returning the lockbox, all at our cost. For this reason, we will guarantee that all lockboxes sold will arrive in fully functional condition or your money back.
All lockboxes that are bought (swapped) by LockBoxSwap are considered final sales, and sales are finalized after our inspection process ensures the lockboxes we buy are in the same condition as stated by the agent selling it to us.
